Our Mission
Windia Garden provides premium, USA-grown herbal teas, offering pure, small-batch products rooted in organic practices and garden-to-cup traditions. We aim to inspire others to grow their own gardens while sharing our journey of building our own small family farm.
From a young age, I found joy in tending the garden and nurturing plants. This love for growing things led me to pursue a degree in Agricultural Business Management. During a summer in Japan as a working student on an apple mint tea farm, I experienced the deep connection between nature and well-being. There, I embraced a culture that values small pleasures—quiet moments in nature, the beauty of simplicity, and the ritual of savoring a cup of mint tea. This experience left a lasting impression, shaping the philosophy behind Windia Garden.
Our Small Farm Story
After graduation, I spent over a decade as a USDA Organic Inspector, visiting farms across the country and gaining a profound appreciation for where our food comes from and how it is grown. Later, as a GFSI Food Safety Auditor, I developed an even deeper understanding of the importance of quality, sustainability, and small-scale farming. These experiences reinforced my belief in the value of ethically sourced, American-grown herbs.

In 2023, my husband and I took a meaningful step toward a long-held dream: we purchased six acres of land along the beautiful California Central Coast. While we are still developing our homestead, we currently source our mint from other trusted farms, ensuring only the highest quality herbs make their way into our products. Our vision is to cultivate our own apple mint and black peppermint, bringing homegrown herbs from our garden to your kitchen.

At Windia Garden, we are committed to crafting premium, small-batch herbal teas with integrity and care. Every tin is hand-packed by us, ensuring that each cup you brew is infused with the attention to detail that only comes from a small, family-run business. We also believe in sustainable packaging, using reusable and recyclable tins while offering only loose-leaf tea—avoiding the waste and microplastics found in traditional tea bags.

As we look to the future, we are excited to expand our offerings to include a wider variety of herbal teas, cooking herbs, and garden products. More than just a tea company, Windia Garden is about cultivating a lifestyle—one that encourages slowing down, appreciating nature, and embracing the simple pleasures of a thoughtfully brewed cup of tea.
